All our products are handmade. This means that none are the same and there may be slight differences from the model presented on the website.
We pay particular attention to the quality of our products and strive to ensure they are delivered in the best condition.
The Legal Warranty for all products sold in our store is 3 years, and the company will be responsible for complying with this Legal Warranty.
It is stated that the delivery period does not exceed 30 calendar days, except for agreements between the parties.

Conditions to cancel the order
If any setback occurs, please inform us as soon as the shipment arrives (within the following 24:00 hours after delivery) and we will resolve it.
You have 14 calendar days after receipt to make any changes or returns, and they will be carried out as long as the items are returned in an appropriate condition.
Cancellation and return exceptions
In the case of supplying goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, this clause will be abolished.

Each product to be returned must be in a condition showing no signs of recurring use.
